HUBER+SUHNER Announces New CFO Appointment

The Board of Directors of HUBER+SUHNER AG has appointed Richard Hämmerli as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Group Management, effective 1 January 2025. Hämmerli will succeed Ivo Wechsler, who will step down at the end of 2024.

Richard Hämmerli, born in 1977, brings extensive experience in finance, human resources, and IT from international companies. He has served as Group CFO of Belimed AG and as interim CEO since January 2024. He has held previous roles at Sulzer AG and MCH Group AG and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business.

Ivo Wechsler joined HUBER+SUHNER in 2008 and became CFO in 2010. He will remain available for the handover process after stepping down. The company thanks him for his significant contributions over the years.
