Hunyvers completes the acquisition of Pneumarine

Hunyvers SA, specialist in the distribution of leisure vehicles, announced on July 10, 2024 the finalization of the acquisition of Pneumarine, a company based in Gradignan (Gironde). Pneumarine, representing the Zodiac brand, achieved a turnover of one million euros for the financial year ending September 30, 2023.

This acquisition, effective July 26, 2024, marks Hunyvers' fourth acquisition in the nautical sector since 2020. It is part of a development strategy in a booming and consolidating market.

Furthermore, at the beginning of July 2024, Hunyvers also announced that it was in exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of the Arcachon basin shipyards group, the finalization of which is expected by October 2024. Hunyvers predicts that the nautical division will represent more than 20% of its turnover for the current financial year.

Fourth quarter results will be released on October 10, 2024 after market close.
