Hydrogène de France reveals its latest data on shares and voting rights
On May 15, 2024 in Bordeaux, Hydrogène de France (HDF) disclosed its figures concerning the number of shares making up its capital and the current state of voting rights. As of April 30, 2024, HDF holds 14,422,454 shares, with a theoretical number of voting rights amounting to 23,590,393 and an exercisable number of 23,560,527 voting rights, after excluding treasury shares.
The calculation of these theoretical voting rights is based on all shares having voting rights, including those without active voting rights. This point is in accordance with article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This information is publicly accessible on the HDF institutional website.
