Change in the number of Icade shares and voting rights

Icade has published its monthly figures relating to the distribution of its capital as of September 30, 2025. The press release indicates that the total number of shares comprising the capital is 76,234,545. The number of actual voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, amounts to 75,826,079, while the theoretical number of voting rights reaches 76,234,545. This publication is in compliance with Articles 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code. The group is thus continuing its commitment to financial transparency towards its shareholders and the markets.
