I.Ceram in receivership with continuation of activity
I.Ceram, an expert in biocompatible ceramic implants, has announced the liquidation of the company, while continuing its activity until December 6, 2024. This decision, taken by the Commercial Court of Limoges on November 20, 2024, comes after a judicial recovery procedure initiated in April of the same year.
The company also requested the suspension of the listing of its shares on Euronext from November 27, 2024. The continuation of activity was granted to meet an urgent medical need concerning a ceramic sternal implant.
Despite this situation, André Kerisit, Chairman and CEO of I.Ceram, remains optimistic about the future of the company and expresses his gratitude to stakeholders. The company is considering several options to get out of this financial impasse.
