IFabric Announces 2024 Annual General and Special Meeting Voting Results

MARKHAM, ON – iFabric Corp. has announced that shareholders voted in favor of all resolutions presented at the annual general and special meeting held on June 25, 2024. The information circular containing detailed descriptions of the resolutions was filed on May 29, 2024, on SEDAR.

All director nominees listed in the circular were re-elected. Here are the voting results: Hylton Karon received 99.89% of votes in favor. Hilton Price had 99.88%, Richard Macary 99.04%, Cameron Groome 99.04%, Mark Cochran 98.96%, and Giancarlo Beevis 99.87% of votes in favor.

Shareholders also passed resolutions to fix the number of directors at six, approve the unallocated stock options for three more years, and appoint BDO Canada LLP as auditors.
