Iliad successfully completes €600 million bond issue
iliad SA has successfully completed a €600 million bond issue, initially planned at €500 million. The bond, with a maturity of over six years, has an annual coupon of 4.25%. The transaction attracted strong demand, with an order book reaching €2 billion, allowing the price to be tightened by 50 basis points compared to the initial forecast of 4.75%.
This transaction demonstrates investors' confidence in iliad's financial strength, reinforced by positive outlooks from rating agencies. The funds will be used for general corporate financing. This is the group's first bond issue this year, rated Ba2/BB/BB by Moody's, S&P, and Fitch.
