Imerys Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights as of August 31, 2024
Imerys released information on its share capital and voting rights as of August 31, 2024. This disclosure complies with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and articles 221-1 et seq. and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
As of the end of August, Imerys reported a total of 84,940,955 outstanding shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights, which includes shares without voting rights, stood at 136,238,214. The number of net voting rights was 135,752,082, excluding treasury shares.
