Imerys Files its 2023 Universal Registration Document
On March 26, 2024, Imerys announced the filing of its 2023 Universal Registration Document with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). This comprehensive document encompasses the annual financial report, the management report inclusive of corporate governance insights from the Board of Directors, proposed resolutions for the upcoming Ordinary Shareholders' General Meeting scheduled for May 14, 2024, and details of the Company's share buyback program.
Additionally, the document fulfills reporting obligations linked to two significant Sustainability-Linked Bond issues. These are dated May 11, 2021, for a sum of €300 million due July 15, 2031, and November 27, 2023, for €500 million due on November 29, 2029. Available for public viewing, the document can be accessed on Imerys' official website and the AMF's website. Prepared in the European Single Electronic Format, its PDF version is also available online, with an English version to be released shortly.
