Imerys Reports Share Capital and Voting Rights Update

On November 12, 2024, Imerys announced an update on its share capital and voting rights. As of October 31, 2024, the total number of outstanding shares stood at 84,940,955. The total number of theoretical voting rights, including shares without voting rights, amounted to 136,236,801. The net voting rights, excluding treasury shares, totaled 135,724,100.

This disclosure is in compliance with article L. 233-8-II of the French Code de Commerce and articles 221-1 et seq. and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. Imerys maintains its position as a leader in mineral-based specialty solutions with a report of €3.8 billion in revenue in 2023 and a global workforce of 13,700 employees across 54 countries.
