Implenia supports merger discussions between Ina Invest and Cham Group
Implenia AG has announced that it welcomes the ongoing discussions regarding a possible merger between Ina Invest and Cham Group. The two real estate companies have signed a declaration of intent to this effect.
For now, the discussions are at a preliminary stage. If they are successful, shareholders will be asked to vote on the merger at the general meeting scheduled for spring 2025.
Implenia holds a 40% stake in Ina Invest, a company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Cham Group is traded over the counter.
