Dynamic Development for Cham Swiss Properties in H1 2026

Cham Swiss Properties reported a solid performance in the first half of 2026, achieving an operating result before revaluation of CHF 5.5 million. The company recorded a net income from revaluation at CHF 6.4 million, leading to a consolidated profit of CHF 8.4 million. The total equity reached CHF 1,038.5 million with an equity ratio of 56.4%.

Rental income increased by 5% to CHF 13.7 million, driven mainly by successful leasing activities at key sites including Lokstadt halls in Winterthur. Construction is progressing on six investment properties in Zurich, Geneva, and Cham, contributing a total of CHF 172 million in investment volume.

Significant progress was also noted in site developments such as Bredella and Papieri, while the Pavatex site faced challenges due to a voting rights appeal. Cham Swiss Properties maintains a robust financial position with plans to continue expanding its portfolio.
