On June 4, 2024, Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, communicated the total number of shares and voting rights making up its share capital as of May 31, 2024. This announcement complies with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of May 31, 2024, the total number of shares amounted to 47,943,848. The number of theoretical voting rights was 80,546,684, while the exercisable voting rights reached 80,479,913. The difference is due to the 66 771 treasury shares held by the company, deprived of voting rights.
