Information on the total number of voting rights and shares of Selectirente

Selectirente has published the figures relating to the total number of its voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2024, in accordance with Articles L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

Selectirente's share capital consists of 4,172,938 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 4,172,938, while the exercisable voting rights are 4,163,859.

Theoretical voting rights include all shares, even those deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulations. Exercisable voting rights are calculated after deduction of treasury shares.
