Information on the total number of voting rights and shares of Selectisente

Selectisente published on July 4, 2024 the information concerning the total number of voting rights and shares in accordance with articles L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

As of June 30, 2024, the total number of shares making up the company's share capital is 4,172,938. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 4,172,938, while the number of exercisable voting rights is rises to 4,164,085.

Theoretical voting rights include those attached to all shares, including those deprived of voting rights. Exercisable voting rights are those that can be used at General Meetings, excluding treasury shares.
