Infotel Achieves Revenue Stability in Q3 2024
Infotel reported stable revenue of €70.3 million in the third quarter of 2024. This follows a period of decline, marking a potential recovery driven by rising demand from key accounts. The company's nine-month revenue totaled €219.5 million, a decrease of 4.1% compared to the previous year. The Services sector experienced a slight dip of 4.7%, while the Software division showed notable growth of 10.9%.
The Services segment benefited from increased investments in the Banking/Finance sector and new contracts with Enedis, although operations with Airbus and Stellantis remain challenging. The Software business experienced a significant 31.5% rise in Q3. Notably, IBM royalties grew by 21%, and the Orlando software suite saw substantial contract gains with major airlines.
Looking ahead, Infotel anticipates growth resuming and profitability improving by year-end, aided by an increased activity rate and strategic developments, such as AI integration and international expansion.
