Infotel Acquires 30% Stake in IT Infrastructure Specialist Altanna
Infotel (ISIN: FR0000071797 - ticker: INF) announced the acquisition of a 30% stake in Altanna, a specialist in complex IT infrastructure solutions. Altanna, founded in Lyon by Stéphane Berthillot and Jimmy Boulanger in 2021, employs over 50 people and operates in Paris, Lyon, and Lille.
The company serves key accounts across sectors like transport, energy, banking, insurance, services, and industry. Altanna generated €2 million in revenue in 2023 and expects €4 million in 2024. The acquisition enhances Infotel's infrastructure offerings with Altanna's expertise in applications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Infotel has collaborated with Altanna on cybersecurity audits, IT security strategies, crisis management, DevOps support, automation chains, and data center virtualization. The acquisition will be fully financed in cash and is expected to be completed in July after audits and conditions are met. Infotel retains an option to acquire a majority stake within three years.
