Infracore's 2024 Achievements and 2025 Growth Plans

Infracore SA, a key player in Swiss healthcare infrastructure, reported robust results for 2024. The company achieved a rental income of CHF 60.5 million, an EBITDA margin of 90.4%, and a net profit of CHF 33.7 million. Strategic deleveraging was evident with a significant bond repayment, reducing the Loan-to-Value ratio. The Net Asset Value rose by 6% to CHF 600 million.

With its extensive experience in hospital infrastructure development, Infracore plans to expand beyond Swiss Medical Network assets. Its portfolio increased to nearly CHF 1.33 billion, partly due to the Genolier Innovation Hub. In 2025, the company anticipates further growth with new projects and a capital increase.
