Innodata retire sa proposition d'acquisition d'Appen
Innodata Inc. (NASDAQ :INOD) a officiellement retiré sa proposition d'achat de toutes les actions d'Appen Limited (ASX :APX), comme annoncé le 13 mars 2024. Ce retrait intervient après qu'Appen a rendu publique la proposition confidentielle et non contraignante d'Innodata en mars. Le 12, suite à l'arrêt des échanges d'actions d'Appen à la Bourse australienne (ASX). L'ASX a exigé la divulgation suite à une activité commerciale inhabituelle sur les actions d'Appen.
La proposition initiale a été soumise confidentiellement au conseil d'administration d'Appen le 13 février 2024, avec la stipulation de confidentialité. Malgré le retrait de la proposition d'acquisition, Innodata reste confiant dans la réalisation de son objectif de croissance du chiffre d'affaires de 20 % pour l'année 2024.
