Phillip Balatsos currently serves as Vice President of Foreign Exchange Emerging Markets Rates Sales/Trading at XP Investments US Inc. since August 2022. He has a rich background in currency trading and financial products. Balatsos founded and operated LAPH Hospitality from 2018 to 2022, and held previous roles at Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and Stifel Nicolaus & Co.
