Interparfums SA Proposes Merger with Interparfums Holding SAS
Interparfums SA, listed on Euronext Paris, announced a proposed merger with Interparfums Holding SAS. The French financial authority, AMF, determined there is no need for a public withdrawal offer for Interparfums SA shares. This decision, recorded as AMF notice n° 225C1885, is accessible on the AMF website.
The merger requires approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Interparfums SA's shareholders on December 17, 2025. The meeting will take place at the Maison de la Chimie in Paris and will be broadcast live online. Preparatory documents will be available on the company’s website by November 26, 2025.
Shareholders can access relevant documents at the company’s registered office or request them via CIC Service Assemblées Générales. An exemption document will be posted online by November 17, 2025.
