Interparfums' Liquidity Contract Update with ODDO BHF SCA
Interparfums has released its half-yearly report on the liquidity contract managed by ODDO BHF SCA. As of June 30, 2024, the liquidity account held 81,393 Interparfums shares and €1,028,640.
Upon the agreement's implementation, the liquidity account originally held 82,959 shares and €200,654. This demonstrates a slight decrease in share count but a substantial increase in cash.
Between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024, there were 2,167 purchase transactions and 1,622 sales transactions. The trading volume for purchases included 254,673 shares totaling €12,300,653, while sales consisted of 242,224 shares amounting to €11,875,731.
These figures illustrate the active management of Interparfums' liquidity, ensuring a balanced and efficient trading environment.
