Ipsos propose d'acquérir toutes les actions au porteur d'infas Holding Aktiengesellschaft au prix de 6,80 euros par action.
L'offrant a conclu des engagements irrévocables avec les principaux actionnaires d'infas, notamment Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV, PEN GmbH, Hans-Herbert Döbert et Effecten-Spiegel AG. Ces actionnaires, détenant environ 77,52 % des actions, se sont engagés à accepter l'offre de rachat.
