Irish Residential Properties REIT Announces Director Share Transactions
Irish Residential Properties REIT Plc (IRES) has disclosed several transactions involving its directors acquiring ordinary shares.
Tom Kavanagh, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of €0.90358 each on 12 August 2024. The transaction was conducted on Euronext Dublin.
Hugh Scott-Barrett, the Non-Executive Chairperson, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares at an average price of €0.904 per share, also on 12 August 2024, via Euronext Dublin. This transaction consisted of multiple acquisitions at prices of €0.909 (20,000 shares) and €0.903 (65,000 shares).
Stefanie Frensch, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of €0.95 each on 13 August 2024 in Frankfurt.
