Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has announced a change in major holdings. Ameriprise Financial, Inc., a Minneapolis-based firm, has adjusted its position, reducing its shareholding to 6.914% as of September 3, 2025. This marks a decrease from the previous threshold of 7.139%.
