Irving Resources Inc. Announces Leadership Changes

Vancouver-based Irving Resources Inc. has announced significant management changes. Mr. Haruo Harada has retired as a director and president of Irving Japan, a subsidiary of the company. Despite his retirement, Mr. Harada will continue to serve as an advisor. His contributions have been greatly appreciated since the inception of Irving Japan.

Ms. Akiko Levinson, president and CEO of Irving, expressed gratitude for Mr. Harada's dedication over the years. She also announced the appointment of Mr. Takashi Yoshie as the new president of Irving Japan, an appointment effective March 1, 2025.

Mr. Yoshie is an accomplished economic geologist with over 40 years of experience in significant roles, notably with JX Nippon Mining. His expertise in exploring copper, gold, and other metals in the circum-Pacific region will be valuable heading forward.
