Issuance of Equity by M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc

M&G Credit Income Investment Trust Plc announced the sale of 100,000 ordinary shares from treasury on July 12, 2024. These shares were sold at a price of 97.70 pence each, which is a premium to the last published net asset value.

The new shares are fully paid and rank equally with the existing ordinary shares. Following this transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 142,444,239, excluding 2,301,532 shares held in treasury.
