Update on voting rights at Jacques Bogart

The Jacques Bogart Group has published monthly information on voting rights, in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the AMF's General Regulations. This press release concerns the situation as of December 31, 2025, and January 31, 2026. On these dates, the number of shares comprising the company's share capital remains stable at 15,693,021.

However, a slight change is observed in the number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights. Theoretical voting rights decrease from 29,553,611 to 29,553,623, while exercisable voting rights decrease slightly, from 28,480,592 to 28,480,254. This change incorporates treasury shares and those with double voting rights.
