Jacques Bogart: Monthly information on voting rights
The Jacques Bogart Group (JBOG) has published information regarding the company's voting rights for the months of July and August 2024. In accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 222-12-5 of the AMF General Regulations, the company provides the following figures:
As of July 31, 2024, the number of shares making up the capital amounts to 15,675,021. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 29,512,763, while the total number of exercisable voting rights is 28,481,904.
As of August 31, 2024, the figures remain unchanged with the same number of shares making up the capital. However, the total number of exercisable voting rights is slightly reduced, reaching 28,480,863. The number of theoretical voting rights remains constant at 29,512,763.
