Jacquet Metals Share Repurchase Program
Jacquet Metals SA has actively participated in a share buyback program, in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders of June 28, 2024. During the period from December 25 to 31, 2024, the company repurchased a total of 15,380 ordinary shares. This program, the description of which is available on the website of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, mainly aims to cancel the acquired shares.
Purchases were made on the Euronext market, with quantities and prices varying by day. For example, on December 27, 3,549 shares were repurchased at an average price of €17.2802. The last day, December 31, saw 6,196 shares purchased at a price of €16.9911 per share. Total transactions for this period amount to €263,023.65.
