Joint General Meeting of ID Logistics Group: Definition of the Terms

The shareholders of ID Logistics Group are invited to the Combined General Meeting which will be held on May 30, 2024, at 2 p.m., at the company's headquarters located in Orgon. The notice of meeting details the agenda and the proposed resolutions, initially published in BALO on April 24, 2024. A second notice will be published on May 15, 2024, simultaneously in a legal notice journal.

All necessary preparatory documents are available online on the company's official website. These documents include in particular the Universal Registration Document for the year 2023. Shareholders can also obtain these documents in paper version upon explicit request until the fifth day before the meeting.
