Judicial investigation opened against Edenred Italia and some executives

On February 21, 2024, Edenred announced that an investigation had been opened against its Italian subsidiary, Edenred Italia S.r.l., as well as against some of its executives and officials. This investigation follows a public tender launched in 2019. The company stated that it is ready to fully cooperate with the Italian judicial authorities to provide all necessary explanations. While remaining confident about the outcome of the investigation, Edenred did not provide any further comment due to the ongoing judicial inquiry.
