Judicial liquidation for Carpinienne de Participations
The Paris Commercial Court has ordered the liquidation of the company Carpinienne de Participations, following a decision taken on April 22, 2024. This announcement follows a previous press release dated March 28.
As an immediate consequence, Carpinienne de Participations requested the suspension of the listing of its shares on the Stock Exchange, effective from the close of the session on April 22. The shares will be delisted and trading is not expected to resume.
