Kalray Announces its Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Kalray, based in Grenoble and listed on Euronext Growth Paris (ALKAL), published the total number of its voting rights and shares on October 14, 2025. As of September 30, 2025, the company's capital consisted of 14,338,565 shares, corresponding to the same number of theoretical voting rights. Actual voting rights were slightly lower, at 14,308,923. This difference is explained by the company's 29,642 treasury shares.

Kalray issued 1,375,883 new shares in September 2025, as part of a bond issue initiated in July 2024. The company specifies the absence of a statutory clause requiring a declaration of crossing of additional thresholds, beyond the existing legal thresholds.
