Kalray Unveils Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares
Kalray, a company specializing in intelligent processors, has published its figures as of June 30, 2024. The total number of shares amounts to 8,703,463, also corresponding to the number of theoretical voting rights. The actual voting rights, for their part, stand at 8,690,148.
Theoretical voting rights include all shares with voting rights, even those deprived of this right. Exercisable voting rights exclude treasury shares, which numbered 13,315 as of June 30, 2024.
Kalray confirms that no threshold crossing declaration clause is included in its statutes, apart from legal obligations.
