Katjes International Acquires Graze from Unilever

Katjes International has announced the acquisition of UK healthy snacking brand Graze from Unilever. Through its subsidiary Future Snacks Ltd., Katjes secured 100% of Graze shares. This deal also includes a London production facility and the integration of approximately 200 employees. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026.

Graze, certified as a B-Corp since 2021, is a leader in healthy snacks in the UK. This acquisition complements Katjes' Candy Kittens brand, enhancing its presence in the UK confectionery market. According to Bastian Fassin, Managing Shareholder at Katjes International, Graze's strong brand aligns with their strategy of expanding with consumer brands across Europe.

The acquisition will be funded through cash and a loan, pending regulatory approval and customary conditions. This strategic move aims to strengthen Katjes’ brand portfolio within Europe’s healthy snacking segment.
