Kaufman & Broad SA Concludes Shareholders' Meeting and Announces Board Appointments

The Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Kaufman & Broad SA was held on May 6th, 2024, under the leadership of Nordine Hachemi. During the meeting, all proposed resolutions were approved, including the notable ninth resolution which renewed Nordine Hachemi's tenure as the Director for another three years.

Significant appointments were made following the resolution approvals. Mr. Yves PERRIER was appointed as a new independent director, while Nordine Hachemi was reappointed as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the term of his directorship. Moreover, the meeting acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Yves Gabriel, and co-opted Ms. Isabelle Bordry as a new independent director.
