Kering Publishes Its Capital and Voting Rights Figures for September 2025

The Kering group has published its monthly report on the total number of shares comprising its capital and the associated voting rights, in accordance with Articles L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of September 15, 2025, Kering's share capital consists of 123,420,778 shares. These shares generate a total of 176,687,720 theoretical voting rights.

With regard to exercisable voting rights, the number amounts to 175,868,635. This difference is explained by the deduction of shares temporarily deprived of voting rights, including treasury shares.
