Kering Publication: Shares and Voting Rights - November 2024
On November 19, 2024, Kering, a public limited company with capital of €493,683,112, announced the monthly update of the number of shares making up its capital as well as the total number of voting rights. This publication complies with the requirements of Articles L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations.
As of November 15, 2024, Kering has a total of 123,420,778 shares. The theoretical voting rights associated with these shares are 176,708,088. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, totaling 175,889,003. This difference is due to certain shares that are temporarily deprived of their voting rights, in particular the company's treasury shares.
