KHD Humboldt Wedag Announces Change in Management Leadership
KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, based in Cologne, Germany, has announced a significant change in its management. The company's Supervisory Board has accepted the resignation of Mr. Jianlong Shen, currently serving as Chairman of the Management Board (CEO). Mr. Shen will step down from his position effective December 20, 2025.
In response to this change, the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Heng Xiang as the new Chairman of the Management Board (CEO). Mr. Xiang will assume his duties starting on the same day, December 20, 2025. This leadership transition is expected to guide KHD Humboldt Wedag into its next phase.
