KIMITAKE, Inc. Makes a Stunning New York Debut During New York Fashion Week

KIMITAKE, an emerging luxury jewelry brand renowned for its human connections and traditional Japanese craftsmanship, made a grand debut in New York during Fashion Week. The prestigious AMAN New York hosted an exclusive luncheon and dinner, drawing key fashion editors, celebrity stylists, and boutique owners. Among the notable attendees were Kathryn Hopkins of WWD, Kim Bhasin of Bloomberg, and Lauren McCarthy, Editor in Chief of Nylon.

Since its November 2023 launch, KIMITAKE has garnered recognition in Los Angeles, partnering with top boutiques in Beverly Hills and Malibu. The New York debut aimed to showcase the artistry behind its handmade 18K gold and diamond pieces. The intimate dinner at NAMA featured high-profile guests who experienced the brand's dedication to craftsmanship over fine Japanese cuisine.

The luncheon at Arva Terrace, with 30 distinguished fashion industry guests, featured exquisite Italian cuisine and a presentation by co-founder Takeshi Yokota. Models showcased KIMITAKE's jewelry, highlighting its intricate craftsmanship and quality. The event emphasized the brand's roots in Japanese tradition, with guests receiving custom folding fans and traditional omamori as keepsakes.

Creative director Sam Ratelle praised the integration of Japanese tradition in KIMITAKE's designs, particularly noting the new ADEVE jewelry line. The successful debut has heightened anticipation for KIMITAKE's next steps in the U.S. luxury jewelry market.
