Kingfisher Completes Acquisition of LGM Project in British Columbia
Vancouver, BC - Kingfisher Metals Corp. (TSXV:KFR)(FSE:970)(OTCQB:KGFMF) has finalized the acquisition of the LGM Project from Origen Resources Inc. As per the agreement, Kingfisher issued 3,000,000 common shares and paid C$75,000 to Origen for the LGM Project claims.
The LGM Project, covering 26,771 hectares, is adjacent to Kingfisher's HWY 37 Project in the Golden Triangle. It includes significant targets like KSM-type in the west, alkalic Galore Creek-type in the central region, and unexplored Eskay Creek-type stratigraphy in the east.
Key highlights include past trench sampling at the Grizzly Target revealing 0.74% Cu and 1.09 g/t Au over 38 meters, and historical stream sampling at Lucifer showing a 4 km trend of anomalous stream sediment samples.
The project holds potential for discovery due to its unique geological features and is fully permitted for diamond drilling.
