Kingfisher Metals Corp. Announces AGM Voting Outcomes
On December 15, 2025, Kingfisher Metals Corp. (TSX-V:KFR) published the results from its annual general meeting (AGM) held in Vancouver, BC, on December 12, 2025. Shareholders determined the board will consist of five directors, electing all proposed candidates listed in the management circular dated November 18, 2025.
Furthermore, De Visser Gray LLP was appointed as the auditor for the upcoming year, and the board was granted authority to set the auditor's compensation. The shareholders also approved the incentive stock option plan, allowing for issuance of up to 10% of the company's common shares.
