KION Group Reports Solid Third Quarter and Increased Order Intake

In the first nine months of 2025, KION Group AG experienced a robust increase in order intake, reaching €8.882 billion, up from €7.506 billion in 2024. However, revenue slightly decreased to €8.200 billion from €8.435 billion the previous year. The adjusted EBIT was reported at €575.4 million, with an adjusted EBIT margin of 7.0% compared to 7.9% in 2024. Free cash flow remained strong at €392.8 million, despite being slightly down from €431.3 million in 2024.

Order intake in the Industrial Trucks & Services segment rose by 7.3%, while Supply Chain Solutions saw a 50.5% increase. Despite a 2.8% decline in overall revenue, KION's CEO Rob Smith noted significant progress in their efficiency program and maintained a positive outlook for free cash flow. The company revised its revenue and adjusted EBIT forecasts, narrowing their ranges while raising expectations for free cash flow.
