Appointment of Caroline Ruellan to the Board of Directors of KKO INTERNATIONAL

KKO INTERNATIONAL has announced the appointment of Caroline Ruellan as an independent director. This decision, made by the Board of Directors, will be presented to shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting. Caroline Ruellan, a graduate of Harvard Law School and a specialist in private law, has extensive experience in corporate governance.

Founder of SONJ Conseil, she has supported various listed and unlisted executives on governance strategy and shareholder relations. As a member of the Supervisory Board of Ardian France and Chair of the Directors' Circle, she brings valuable expertise to the Board of Directors of KKO INTERNATIONAL.

Her arrival, alongside Delphine Darmon, aims to strengthen the company's governance strategy, thus supporting its sustainable development and adaptation to the group's transformations.
