KLARSEN: AGM minutes of June 21, 2024
The company Klarsen, a French data marketing specialist, has published the minutes of its Annual General Meeting of June 21, 2024. The shareholders adopted all of the proposed resolutions.
The decisions include the approval of the 2023 annual and consolidated accounts, the allocation of results, as well as agreements covered by the Commercial Code. Authorization for the repurchase of shares up to 10% of the capital was also given.
In 2023, Klarsen acquired ITL and DAFI, synergies already improving the group's profitability. The turnover target for 2026 is set at 20 million euros.
