VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 14, 2024 - Klondike Gold Corp. (TSXV:KG)(FRA:LBDP)(OTCQB:KDKGF) disclosed today a non-brokered private placement aimed at raising up to $850,000. The company plans to issue up to 9,444,444 units at $0.09 each. This financing initiative includes both common shares and warrants, with each warrant allowing the holder to purchase additional shares at $0.15 for the next 24 months.

The proceeds from this funding will support ongoing and future exploration and drilling activities as well as general working capital needs.
