The company re-elected five directors: Peter Tallman, Gordon Keep, John Pallot, Steven Brunelle, and Anne Labelle. Additionally, shareholders granted approval for all proposed matters, including the appointment of new auditors, Davidson & Company LLP, and the Company's stock option plan.

This project targets orogenic fault-associated gold deposits across a 55-km stretch of the Klondike Goldfields.
