Kontron AG Announces New Share Buyback Program for 2024
On 14 June 2024, Kontron AG's Executive Board approved the initiation of a new share buyback program, titled "Buyback Program I 2024." This decision was based on the current share price, which the Executive Board finds attractive, and the company’s favorable liquidity position. The buyback program will use the authorization granted by the extraordinary shareholder meeting on 8 November 2023.
The program will start on 1 July 2024 and is expected to run until 31 December 2024. Kontron AG plans to repurchase up to 434,000 shares, with a maximum spending limit of EUR 10 million. The share price for repurchases is capped at EUR 23.00 per share and may fluctuate within 10% of the average share price over the last five trading days on XETRA.
The buyback will be managed independently by a credit institution. Details and updates on the transactions will be available on the Kontron AG website. This program does not constitute a public offer and imposes no obligations on Kontron AG to accept any repurchase offers.
