Kontron AG, a leading global provider of IoT technology, has commenced full production of its innovative 5G modules in Europe. This development underscores the company's commitment to high-quality standards, reduced supply chain lengths, and Europe's technological self-sufficiency.

Kontron is the only company worldwide producing 5G modules entirely in Europe. This move strengthens its competitive position and boosts Europe's technological independence while creating additional jobs and stabilizing supply chains.

Approximately 80 percent of Kontron Group's value creation already occurs in Europe. The Berlin site handles development entirely, ensuring compliance with stringent European regulations.
